Our Pipeline

A Pipeline of Novel Immunotherapy Treatments

Dispatch is advancing a first-of-its-kind pipeline of novel immunotherapy programs for solid tumors, which represent ~90% of all cancers and have been challenging to address with immunotherapy treatments. By combining the strengths of immunotherapy with a tumor-specific virus, both engineered to clear tumor cells with precision and power, we are leveraging our Flare platform to help create a world where all patients with cancer can be cured.

Our platform dispatches a tumor-specific virus equipped with a novel universal antigen — Flare — that tags solid tumor cells with exquisite specificity while activating the immune system and remodeling the tumor microenvironment. The Flare antigen acts as a beacon, guiding the immune system to find and clear marked cancer cells while avoiding healthy tissue.

Both of Dispatch’s initial programs, DISP-10 and DISP-11, leverage the Flare platform in combination with approved immunotherapy treatments.
